A few days ago Banner and I slept at Liz and Dennis' house. In the morning we did a workout tape with Lizzy. It gave inspiration to make our own video, and after some technical difficulties we finally got it up. Enjoy!
On another note, we've started school. It doesn't seem like it is time already, but oh well! It was a crazy week. I think I had more homework this week than any other school years combined. I also started X-Country against my will. I am not a fan of it, but I'm going to keep going so that I can get in shape for track. So who was in charge of your wardrobe choices? My favorite part was when you turned around and had your thong on. I also liked the deep breathing for 72 times. You are insane and also very secure. You are always good for a laugh or hysterical laughing with tears involved as was the case with me and Josh when we saw this for the first time.
