I made little "Holy Ghose" oreo tuffles for the girls I visit teach. I thought they turned out very cute and very yummy. They were very easy to make too, and then I wrapped them up and found a cute little poem on the internet about the holy ghost and halloween.
Miranda requested Tres Leches cake for her birthday so I made it on Thursday since I had to go up north on Friday and wouldn't be here for her birthday on Saturday. It was delicious!

You have become quite a "treat" girl.
What are you going to make when you come up tomorrow? I think we need treats in Salt Lake. Did you get a new phone yet?
Yes, we do need treats! Keep a baking and you will be ready to open that shop!
How cute they turned out. I am glad we talked about that at my house. Look forward to seeing you tonight.
I thought I commented but I see it didn't take. I want you to post the recipe odor the tres leches cake and tell us how to do the truffles too. Do they have to be "holy ghost" truffles? Could they be snowman truffles for Christmas? Sounds like you're having lots of fun baking and cooking. Keep on, keeping on.
